Create a brick-and-mortar retail concept in the College Park area. Research and define primary & secondary target markets. From this research create a brand identity, product mix, interior and exterior rendering of the retail store, create customer personas, a journey map, develop a promotional strategy, and construct a Pro-forma financial model projected over three years. Present 20-minute pitch to a panel of real estate and design professionals.

Our Idea:
Our business concept is Time Crunch; a grocery store located on campus whose brand is centered around low cook times. While dollar stores like Five Below advertise their low prices, our store will place a heavy emphasis on selling foods with a low cooking and preparation time. More specifically, we will be offering frozen meals targeted at college students, young adults, and single/working parents.
